If it doesn’t need to happen in a lab – then it doesn’t have to happen on campus. If it is a busy week with important deadlines – we work a little longer. Our entire team gathers on campus two days each week for the purpose of collaboration and fun. Outside of those days – our people work with their managers to ensure they succeed at work while enjoying a flexible work style.
We think our technology and innovation is extremely important and interesting. However, our people are MORE important and just as interesting. We also believe in science – and science has proven that we are healthier, more creative, and more productive when we rest. So, it’s not surprising that our team enjoys a combination of Paid Time Off, Holidays, Wellness Days, and we close the office for a Winter Break between December 24th and the New Year (with only critical work occurring based on business needs during that time). Our new parents have a minimum of 12 weeks of Paid Leave + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.
Our team lives and commutes from the entire beautiful Tri-State area, so we offer the ability to save money via our FSA plan to use commuting expenses. Additionally, Uber or Lyft is on us when you share a ride from local train stations. Many of our people avoid rush hour traffic by adjusting their start and end times earlier or later than the “old school” 9am to 5pm.
